The U.S.S. Potomac is open to the public and fulfills a two-fold mission: to honor America's president during the Great Depression and World War II; and to provide a living, tangible artifact of the FDR years for students and visitors from around the world. Two hour narrated history cruises are offered on the U.S.S. Potomac 8-12 times per month mid-March through mid-November.
