With unparalleled views of the yacht harbor, Bocanova celebrates Pan-American cuisine under the direction of Chef/Owner Rick Hackett and Executive Chef John Jackson. Its menu integrates locally sourced ingredients with recipes inspired by regions throughout the Americas, creating delicious New World dishes while simultaneously acknowledging their connection with the cuisines of the Mediterranean. The beverage program is an extension of the restaurant’s cuisine, with the wine menu offering varieties from the New World, Spain and Portugal, chosen by Sommelier Gerardo Acevedo, and spirit-driven hand-crafted cocktails from Bar Manager Antoine Nixon.
